I have always loved learning and creating new things in my spare time, but when Rylie passed away, I turned to my crafts like never before to occupy my mind from wandering to dark places. After all, isn't that the best way to heal? To make something good out of something bad?
As I unknowingly built up my inventory, my heart was continuing to heal little by little. After a while, I decided I was ready to get another fur baby to take care of. While searching for the newest member of our family, I quickly realized how much the south is over-populated with dogs. The good news; There are plenty of shelters that transport dogs, either directly to their new owners or to under-populated shelters up north.

So with a dedication to the one who was taken from me too soon, and to the one who I didn't find soon enough, Heeler Designs Co. was born. A percentage of the profits I make will be donated to transport shelters. These donations will help those dogs have safe rides as they travel to their forever homes.
