All of my items are handmade by me. I try my best to make them look perfect, but I am not a professional. Please be aware that there may be some flaws. However, your piece should NOT be; completely unraveled, torn, or broken. Please contact me if you receive a damaged item.
I try my best to package the wall hangings so they will not be damaged in transport. However due to the size of the products, I may need to roll them up in a tube box. This may cause the rope to wrinkle slightly. Please be sure to carefully unroll and hang your item as soon as possible after receiving your package. It may take a couple days for the rope to relax again.
